Fit

These pants are true to size (e.g. standard fit). Our model wears a size small and is 170cm tall. We suggest the following:

Small = 8/10
Medium = 12/14
Large = 16
Extra Large = 18

Within Australia, we currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $89. Any orders under $89 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $8 which is applied to your order at the checkout. Should you need your parcel to arrive faster there is the option to upgrade to express delivery at the checkout. The cost to upgrade to express delivery is $3 per order.

Our aim is to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders may take an additional 1-2 days to be dispatched during special promotions and clearance sales.

We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries. Please allow 2 or more days for standard domestic delivery. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been lodged with a courier service.

To limit contact when delivering orders, Australia Post are now defaulting deliveries to authority to leave where possible and will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer/receiver. We strongly recommend that you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive the order (such as a work address). Pre-orders will receive a confirmation email when the pre-order has been dispatched. Please note if you order an in stock item/s with your pre-order these will be shipped together when your pre-order arrives. If you would like your in-stock item to be dispatched earlier we recommend placing a separate order. 

Chasing Case cannot be held liable for postage delays, lost of damaged goods that might occur by postage couriers or any person(s) that handle goods once they leave our premises.

International Orders

We are currently shipping to New Zealand and charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order for international shipping. Delivery is estimated at between 3 – 5 working days. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have been dispatched.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Chasing Case does not provide refunds for these costs.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any full priced items you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days of delivery and under the below guidelines.

  • We happily offer a refund or store credit for full priced items
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your items
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Store credits are valid for 30 days and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer expense
  • Once received all returns will be processed within 5 working days
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned

To process a return, please visit our Returns Portal and submit an online return request. Once submitted, you will receive an approval email for your return including your return number and further instructions on how to send your return.

Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges. This is because we are a small business and do not hold large quantities of stock. To avoid the disappointment of missing out of your preferred item/s we recommend either re-purchasing your preferred item immediately and sending your original item back for a refund. Or requesting a store credit to repurchase your preferred item/s later.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind in regards to colour, size and fit.

Once received, all returns are processed within 5 working days. We will contact you via email once your return parcel has been processed.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact. For hygiene reasons - earrings, hats and hair accessories cannot be returned.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue a return.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Items that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned to the customer.
