Are you tired of wearing the same old blue wash denim jeans? Our High Rise Grey Skinny Jean are a fresh take on your fave skinnies without being too "stand-out". These all-rounders are a slightly more fitted shape than your standard skinny and are very slim through the hips down to the ankle. They're the perfect match for any monochrome outfit and also a great base for a pop of colour on top.

Fit

These jeans are true to size (e.g. standard fit). If you prefer a more fitted look or are in between sizes then we suggest you size down due to fabrics natural stretch. While they have plenty of natural stretch, they don't stretch out of shape or become baggy during wear. The waistline is high rise and sits on your natural waistline providing good coverage. They are a 7/8 length jean and are designed to sit just above the ankle. Our model wears a size 8 and is 160cm tall.

Warm machine wash. The fabric is designed to fade with each washing.

Within Australia, we happily offer free shipping on all orders over $49. Any orders under $49 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7 which is applied to your order at the checkout. Should you need your parcel to arrive faster there is the option to upgrade to express delivery at the checkout. The cost to upgrade to express delivery is $3 per order.

Our aim is to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

We use either Fastway, Couriers Please or Australia Post for deliveries. In general, delivery is within 2 business days for metro customers and up to 5 business days for regional customers. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been lodged with a courier service.

Please note, all orders are shipped with Authority To Leave if no-one is home at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend that you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive the order (such as a work address). Please let us know in the order notes if you do not want your order to be shipped with an Authority To Leave.

Chasing Case cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of leaving your parcel unattended or due to specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

International Orders

We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, United States and United Kingdom.

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order for international shipping. Delivery is estimated at between 3 – 5 working days for New Zealand and 5 – 12 working days for Canada, United States and United Kingdom. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have been dispatched.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Chasing Case does not provide refunds for these costs.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with any full priced items you purchased, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. We will happily offer an exchange or store credit.

Step One: Complete the returns and exchanges form (click here) that is included in the parcel or contact us at info@chasingcase.com.au

Step Two: Return the parcel to Chasing Case at PO Box 321 Woonona NSW 2517. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact

Step Three: We will contact you via email once your return parcel has been processed. Once received, all returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that your size will be in stock when we receive your return and in this case we will issue you with a store credit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. PayPal may refund your return shipping costs on eligible PayPal purchases. See PayPal for more information on refunded returns.

Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or store credit.

Every effort is made to ensure that the items shipped to you are in pristine condition. In the unlikely event you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty items please contact us via email at info@chasingcase.com.au.

Please note store credit or exchanges are not offered for sale items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind (this does not include damaged or faulty items). This includes a change of mind in regards to colour, size and fit.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Items that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned to the customer.
