COVID-19 Update

We just wanted to take a quick moment to say we hope you're staying as healthy and happy as possible under the current circumstances.

Also to let you know that we're currently operating as normal with a few additional precautions to keep everyone safe.

In addition to adhering to strict hygiene standards, we have made 3 important changes to our operations:

  • Firstly, we've decided to start sending your garments in the original plastic packaging in which they are sent to us by the supplier. Typically we would remove the garments from the plastic and wrap them in tissue. We have decided to stop doing this to minimise handling of your order between our warehouse and you
  • Secondly, as a community we are being advised to minimise the time spent in public spaces and we feel it's only fair to support you in this by removing our usual shipping fee. For the foreseeable future, all orders will receive free standard shipping*
  • Lastly, we've extended our usual returns period to 60 days from delivery just in case something you order isn't quite right and you're worried about being able to return any items to us. Please see our returns page for further details

Dispatch and deliveries are currently as per usual with Australia Post who have introduced contact less delivery. This means that for the time being all parcels will be left without a signature. For current updates on Australia Post deliveries please visit their website.
