Our Hanny Kimono in Green Floral is beautifully soft and designed to flatter your shape. It is a full length style and features an elegant floral design. Fit

This kimono is true to size (that is, standard fit). Our model wears a size small/medium and is 170cm tall. We suggest the following:

Small/medium = 8/10/12
Medium/large = 14/16/18

Care

Within Australia, we currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. Should you need your parcel to arrive faster there is the option to upgrade to express delivery at the checkout. The cost to upgrade to express delivery is $3 per order.

Our aim is to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders may take an additional 1-2 days to be dispatched during special promotions and clearance sales.

We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries. Please allow 2 or more days for standard domestic delivery. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been lodged with a courier service.

To limit contact when delivering orders, Australia Post are now defaulting deliveries to authority to leave where possible and will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer/receiver. We strongly recommend that you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive the order (such as a work address). Pre-orders will receive a confirmation email when the pre-order has been dispatched. Please note if you order an in stock item/s with your pre-order these will be shipped together when your pre-order arrives. If you would like your in-stock item to be dispatched earlier we recommend placing a separate order. 

Chasing Case cannot be held liable for postage delays, lost of damaged goods that might occur by postage couriers or any person(s) that handle goods once they leave our premises.

International Orders

We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, United States and United Kingdom.

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order for international shipping. Delivery is estimated at between 3 – 5 working days for New Zealand and 5 – 12 working days for Canada, United States and United Kingdom. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have been dispatched.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Chasing Case does not provide refunds for these costs.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with any full priced items you purchased, you may return them within 60 days of delivery. We will happily offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds are reserved for manufacturing fault only. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that your size will be in stock when we receive your return and in this case we will issue you with a store credit. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact. Once received, all returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days.

Step One: Complete the returns and exchanges form (click here) that is included in the parcel or contact us at info@chasingcase.com.au

Step Two: Return the parcel to Chasing Case at PO Box 321 Woonona NSW 2517. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact

Step Three: We will contact you via email once your return parcel has been processed. Once received, all returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that your size will be in stock when we receive your return and in this case we will issue you with a store credit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. PayPal may refund your return shipping costs on eligible PayPal purchases. See PayPal for more information on refunded returns.

Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or store credit.

Every effort is made to ensure that the items shipped to you are in pristine condition. In the unlikely event you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty items please contact us via email at info@chasingcase.com.au.

Please note store credit or exchanges are not offered for sale items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind (this does not include damaged or faulty items). This includes a change of mind in regards to colour, size and fit.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Items that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned to the customer.
